Project Management Teams

Planning is the first step!

Project Management teams assist in the implementation of a specific project including tasks such as RFP development, consult selection and oversight and public education. This is a very important part of keeping our organization running smoothly.

Planning teams are responsible for assisting with the development of programs and projects Tasks can include promotional material distribution, site coordination, volunteer recruitment and training, donation solicitation among others. This is a great way to be directly involved with developing, planning and running annual programs such as Clean Your Streams.

Development Teams are responsible for the financial development of the organization. Tasks include membership education and recruitment, community partner recruitment, event underwriters, solicitation and various other financial components of our organization.

We welcome anyone who wants to be more involved with important functions that PCS runs. These are non-elected positions and thus open to anyone interested. These teams are created as needed. Please contact us if you would like to be part of one of these teams.
